RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Bye Bye Now™ (BBN™) | byebyenow.co Last updated: April 2026. At Bye Bye Now™, every product is made to order just for you. Because our items are custom-printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or a change of mind.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@byebyenow.co with:

  • Your order number 
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue 

We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at hello@byebyenow.co with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item immediately.

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow 3 business days before contacting us. Packages are sometimes left with neighbors or held at a local facility. If your package is confirmed lost, contact us at hello@byebyenow.co and we will resolve it.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Because all BBN™ products are custom printed on demand, the following are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased in the wrong size (please refer to our size chart before ordering) 
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code 

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
