1. ABOUT US

Bye Bye Now™ is a human empowerment streetwear brand operated by Bye Bye Now LLC, based in West Jordan, Utah, United States. "BBN™" and "Bye Bye Now™" are registered trademarks of Bye Bye Now LLC.

2. PRODUCTS

All BBN™ products are print-on-demand items produced by third-party print providers. Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and printing processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Production time is 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Bye Bye Now LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All BBN™ designs, logos, taglines, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Bye Bye Now LLC. "Bye Bye Now™," "BBN™," "New Mind. New Life.™," and all associated marks are protected trademarks. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of any BBN™ intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 Bye Bye Now LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
