Every BBN™ item is made to order just for you. Here's what to expect:
PRODUCTION TIME
All orders require 3–7 business days for production before shipping. This is not delivery time — this is the time needed to print and prepare your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
- Standard Shipping (Orders $0–$69.99): $4.99 · Est. 5–8 business days after production
- Standard Shipping (Orders $70+): FREE · Est. 5–8 business days after production
- Express Shipping: $12.00 · Est. 2–4 business days after production
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 10–20 business days after production. Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- BBN™ products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. Your package may arrive from a fulfillment center rather than our Utah address — this is normal.
- We do not ship express orders to P.O. Boxes.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or customs processing.
